helpful staff fast process walking distance
The staff was very helpful during check-in. The process was fast. My room included useful amenities! i found many stores and restaurants within walking distance. This made the location very convenient for quick errands and meals. Everything was easy to reach.
I found some garbage just north of the hotel. It looked unsightly.

The staff was available, friendly, and always ready to assist with directions, recommendations, and any requests i had. They were attentive to ensure a comfortable visit. This service was consistent.

The premier king room had a separate seating area. It included a modern bathroom with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The space was well kept with clean linens and comfortable pillows.

Nearby, there were numerous restaurants offering various cuisines. I found several options within a ten-minute walk. This made dining out convenient. Many establishments were open late.

Solid Stay with a View
spacious room professional staff great service useful amenity
I had a clean, spacious room on the 5th floor . The rooftop bar on the 16th floor stood out. The staff were professional and very friendly. The doorman also offered great service storing luggage when I arrived early. The hotel stored our luggage after checkout, a useful amenity before our 5 p.m. pickup.

The hotel is a short walk to Hell's Kitchen, and the theater district. It's easy to reach many attractions from there. The location is convenient. It is also close to a lot of places that you would be interested to visit.

The rooftop bar had top class food. I had the steak. It was wonderful. the buttermilk pancakes at breakfast were dry and tasteless.

Acceptable but Overpriced Stay
unresponsive hotel team extra charge
I discovered an unexpected $91.80 charge on my card after returning home, and the hotel hasn't responded to my emails regarding it. The absence of a toll-free number from my country makes resolving this issue difficult. I found the lack of communication disappointing.

Really good Stay with River Views
warm greeting soaking tub easy navigation
The front desk staff impressed me with their warm greetings and readiness to assist with directions and recommendations. My room featured a soaking tub, a detail that added to the overall experience. The location was convenient (near transport links).
I missed having coffee available in the lobby during the afternoon.

The hotel provides complimentary coffee service each morning in the lobby. I found this a nice touch. A modern fitness center is available. It has several treadmills and elliptical machines.

Requests (such as extra towels) were fulfilled promptly, usually within fifteen minutes, and I found this excellent. The staff consistently greeted guests and offered help with doors.
