I had a clean, spacious room on the 5th floor . The rooftop bar on the 16th floor stood out. The staff were professional and very friendly. Acceptable but Overpriced Stay

unresponsive hotel teamextra charge
I discovered an unexpected $91.80 charge on my card after returning home, and the hotel hasn't responded to my emails regarding it. The absence of a toll-free number from my country makes resolving this issue difficult. I found the lack of communication disappointing.
